General Eligibility & Expectations
- Resident of the City of Manvel (or ETJ, if specified by the board’s enabling ordinance/bylaws).
- Commitment to attend meetings and participate actively.
- Compliance with applicable codes of conduct, ethics, and training (e.g., Open Meetings & Public Information).

Advises on land use, zoning, and subdivision rules; meets 2nd & 4th Mondays at 6:00 p.m.

Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBOA)
Quasi-judicial board for appeals, variances, and special exceptions to zoning; convenes as needed.
