City of Manvel administrative offices, located at 20031 Morris Ave., 20025 Morris Ave, and 9431 Uzzell Rd., will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day. Administrative offices include:

- City Secretary’s Office
- Development Services
- Fire Marshal’s Office
- Manvel Municipal Court
- Public Works
- Utility Billing
Manvel administrative offices will reopen on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:30 a.m.
Trash collection will NOT be affected by the holiday.
