Honor Independence Day with a meaningful contribution — give blood and make a difference in the lives of others, all while showing support for local first responders!
The City of Manvel invites the community to take part in the upcoming Battle of the Badges Blood Drive, a friendly competition between the Manvel Police Department and the Manvel Fire Department to see which team can inspire the most donors, all in the name of saving lives! The event will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Manvel Fire Station, 6212 Masters Rd.
Donors will participate in a fun and friendly competition to show support for local first responders by casting a vote for either the Manvel Police or Fire Department. The department with the most votes at the end of the drive will earn bragging rights, but the real winners are the patients who will benefit from every donation!
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are appreciated. Reserve your time through the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center website.
