Law Enforcement Agencies are prohibited by statute of engaging in racial profiling. Law enforcement agencies who in the regular course of their duties conduct traffic stops are required to complete racial profiling reports on each stop where a citation is issued or charges are filed on the driver of the vehicle. Racial profiling satatute does not cover investigatory pedestrian stops or drivers who are issued warnings, verbal or written.
